POPP outdoor table tennis tables are designed as a canvas for public art
Transform your POPP table into Playable Art - simply follow our DIY Artwork guidelines!
The original HERO outdoor table tennis table was designed as a blank canvas for our artist friends to transform into a piece of public art. Combining social, active play with public art just made sense to us. Since 2009, POPP and its customers and collaborators have commissioned hundreds of local artists to create ‘artworked’ POPP outdoor table tennis tables across the world.
Through creative, visual story-telling, public and private spaces have been redefined, reinvigorated and reimagined with Playable Art. POPP has collaborated on a vast array of Playable Art projects - from Nike’s Headquarters and the Olympic Games to local community schools and neighbourhood parks. Today, POPP supports its customers in creating authentic, unique and community-driven DIY Artwork for every table.
Playable Art also extends to company, school, event and other brand-led design, language and artwork.
