SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in emails you receive. You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings but be aware this may prevent you from access to certain features of the website.
ONLINE SALES
When we receive your order you will receive an automated email reply acknowledging receipt. No contract shall come into existence until we have accepted your order. Your order will be accepted by us by way of a confirmatory email (‘Confirmation of Order’) which will confirm that we are able to send you the goods you have ordered, the price, shipping options and the estimated delivery date. This Confirmation of Order shall contain all of the information regarding the goods you have ordered. Please check the details contained in the Confirmation of Order and should you need to amend or cancel this order, please email us immediately here.
Every care has been taken by us in the preparation of the content of our website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are accurate at the time of posting the product on the website, and that all products are fairly described. However, POPP reserves the right in our absolute discretion to refuse or cancel any orders should any material errors arise in the description of the goods you have ordered or their prices. All prices and offers are subject to change. All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible in the unlikely event that the goods you have ordered are unavailable or have been erroneously described or listed at an incorrect price In the event that the goods that you have ordered are unavailable or have been listed at an incorrect price, a full refund will be provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please carefully check over all the details on you order before clicking submit. Should you need to amend or cancel an order you have placed, please contact the store immediately here. Please note orders can only be cancelled or amended if we are contacted prior to dispatching the order.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped out of our headquarters in Perth, Western Australia. Packages are shipped by courier and are usually dispatched within 48 hours, depending upon stock availability and payment verification. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
RETURNS
Please choose wisely, as we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. Where there is a manufacturing fault or an item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund if a replacement is not available. To request a return, please get in contact with us via email within 7 days of receiving defective goods to be issued a returns authorisation. Do not post anything back without first getting in contact and receiving your returns authorisation. Original shipping costs on returned goods are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to POPP, and on any additional shipments should a replacement be sought.
