“The Duchess is a great example of the increasing focus developers place on the provision of health and wellbeing programs. Aiming to bring balance to the residents’ daily lives.”
On the western bank of the Hudson River in New Jersey, you’ll find The Duchess – the latest multi-family development from Philadelphia based real estate firm Post Brothers.
The Duchess, with its waterfront views to Manhattan and 320 apartments spanning three towers, was designed by Vijay Kale Architects in collaboration with the renowned Australian born, New York-based interior designer Paris Forina.
The development was designed to meet the needs of those who rent by choice – meaning a long list of upscale amenities including two custom-colored POPP ICON tables.
The Duchess is a great example of the increasing focus developers place on the provision of health and wellbeing programs. Aiming to bring balance to the residents’ daily lives.
Amenities that encourage socializing, relaxation and communal living and complement and enhance the design of the space – are now mandatory inclusions for multi-family developments – and which the POPP ICON perfectly fulfils.
The two customized light pink and black ICON tables sit in one of the four distinct community spaces within The Duchess. The tables have become a meeting place and focal point for community events and interaction.
With their customized dual color finish, the ICON tables complement Forino’s elegant and contemporary vision for the
project. The two pink and black tables perfectly integrating into the overarching theme and design of the building.
